Which plan is right for your planet?

In a turbulent market, you need options. Only you know your budget best. At planetdean we are open to multiple ways to engage with us for our many services. Here are a few:

  Standard Hourly Billing Plan -- At its foundation, all planetdean plans are derivatives of this hourly billing concept. If you prefer to receive an estimate for any work to be completed and simply be billed for actual hours applied to that work, this is the right plan for your organization.

  Monthly or Quarterly Retainer Plan -- Estimate the number of hours needed per month or per quarter, prepay, and receive a discount on hourly rates*. All hours worked within this agreed upon range will have this discount applied. All hours worked outside of this agreed upon range will be billed at Standard Hourly rates. For an organization hoping to minimize its costs, needing ongoing maintenance, this is the right plan for your organization.

• 5-hour Monthly Plan -- 5% discount from standard billing rates
• 15-hour Quarterly Plan -- 10% discount from standard billing rates

  Annual Plan -- An extension of the Monthly or Quarterly Retainer Plan, the Annual Plan allows for an even deeper discount of 15% on hourly rates*. All hours worked within this agreed upon range will have this discount applied. All hours worked outside of this agreed upon range will be billed at Standard Hourly rates. For an organization hoping to minimize its costs, needing ongoing maintenance, this is the right plan for your organization.

* All hours are aggregated on a 'monthly basis' for all plans. For example, a quarterly plan of 30 hours per quarter would be, in actuality, a monthly plan of 10 hours per month with a deeper discount. Hours not used in a given month are not subject to a refund or rollover.
